Freight Estimator and Connector Privacy Notice
Effective: November 3, 2026
This notice explains what White Arrow LLC, White Arrow, Inc. and their affiliated companies (together, "White Arrow", "we", "us") collect when you use the freight estimator at www.whitearrow.com/quote, the estimate API at quote.whitearrow.com, or the White Arrow connector for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT (the "Estimator"), why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the rest of www.whitearrow.com, the customer portal or the White Arrow driver app.
Information we collect

We do not use cookies or trackers in the API or the connector. The connector does not receive your conversation with the AI assistant; it receives only the shipment details the assistant sends to request an estimate.
Why we use it
To calculate and return estimates and transit times.
To answer firm quote requests and follow up with you about the shipment you asked about.
To protect the Estimator from abuse and keep it available, using rate limits.
To understand demand for our lanes and services from aggregated quote request data.
We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Who receives it
White Arrow sales and customer service staff who answer quote requests, including staff of White Arrow affiliates who handle the shipment you asked about.
Service providers that host and run our systems for us (Google Cloud for hosting, databases and analytics; Google Workspace for email), under contract and only to provide those services.
Freight market data providers we use to price lanes receive shipment details such as ZIP areas, mode and equipment. They do not receive your contact details or IP address.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
If you use an AI assistant, its provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request records for as long as we need them to respond to the request, to manage any resulting customer relationship, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. We review these records at least once a year and delete or de-identify those we no longer need. Estimate cache entries expire within 24 hours, and rate-limit counters within a day.
Your choices and rights
You can use the estimator without giving any contact details. A firm quote request is optional.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the quote request information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@whitearrow.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. You may use an authorized agent.
To stop an AI assistant from using the connector, disconnect or disable the White Arrow connector in that assistant's settings.
Security
Traffic to the Estimator is encrypted with TLS. Quote request records are stored on access-controlled systems and are not reachable from the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Estimator is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
