Program

White Arrow Driver and Carrier Messaging is the text messaging (SMS) program of White Arrow, Inc. ("White Arrow"). White Arrow texts the truck drivers and carrier contacts who work on White Arrow loads about that work: dispatch and load assignments, pickup and delivery updates, appointments and instructions, a one-time notice when a carrier adds a new driver, and replies to messages drivers and carriers send us. The program sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

You receive these texts because you, or the carrier you drive for, gave White Arrow your mobile number for work on White Arrow loads, or because you texted a White Arrow dispatch line. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with load activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. White Arrow does not charge for these texts. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our text messaging privacy policy is at https://www.whitearrow.com/text-messaging-policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
