Text Messaging Policy

This policy explains how White Arrow, Inc. ("White Arrow", "we", "us") uses text messages (SMS) and the mobile phone numbers we text.
Who we text and why
White Arrow texts only the truck drivers and carrier contacts it works with, and only about their work. These texts are sent from White Arrow's own dispatch application and cover:
Dispatch and load assignments.
Pickup and delivery updates, appointments and instructions.
Replies to messages drivers and carriers send us.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text the general public.
How we get mobile numbers
Company drivers give us their mobile number when they are hired.
Outside carriers give us their driver's mobile number when they assign that driver to a White Arrow load.
Drivers and carrier contacts may also text our dispatch lines first.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with load activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or call 909-773-0000.
Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share this information only with the service providers that deliver our text messages for us, such as our messaging provider, and when the law requires it.
